USE

The BA light arm has been designed for any type of vacuum cleaner. Its function is to channel harmful dust towards the vacuum cleaner collection bag. The arm is supplied with a central articulation for easy movement with a rotation of 180 degrees. The use of the arm allows you to work safely in an orderly environment without cables on the ground.

SECURITY

Do not exceed the weight of 20 kg on the tool holder hooks located at the rear of the service unit. The 5 m arm is supplied tested according to ISO standards, with insulation and grounding. The arm is supplied exclusively as an extension for vacuum cleaners, therefore, any inappropriate use is the sole responsibility of the end user.

CONTROL UNIT (SERVICE TIP)

The service tip is supplied with 2 220V sockets, two tool holder hooks, 2 pneumatic air sockets and 2 suction nozzles.

COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION

• 4-8 bar service pressure

• Minimum flow rate: 400 L/min for each tool connector

TURBINE CONNECTION (OR VACUUM CLEANER IF NOT PRESENT)

Connect the turbine/vacuum cleaner to the existing network according to the specifications indicated in the instruction manual. Check that the turbine/vacuum cleaner is automatic, if an automatic starting device is desired.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Before any maintenance operation, disconnect the compressed air and electrical current from the arm and turbines/vacuum cleaners. Check at least once a year the integrity of the arm structure and the wall plate.
